Seems nice, compact, easy to install,but this unit is not completely installed so I can't say how it will turn out.
Yes the MPP Solar Inverter is a beast amazingly well built. But what you're really getting is the decades of SOLAR KNOWLEDGE behind the products. I was having a wiring problem - and not only did they send me a diagram - but they built a Combiner Box who does that anymore? That's truly 'old school' customer support - and that's what required in an innovative industry! Thanks Shop Solar Kits!!!
This is my 2nd LV2424. These units are perfect for moderate loads and when chained together, they become a powerhouse.
The setup is nearly plug-n-play. Start with a battery, solar and finally mains (which can easily be pigtailed from a wall outlet). Input your specific battery parameters, such as type of battery, cut-out/in voltages and, voila, you're in business. There is a great peace of mind knowing that you truly have uninterruptible power, whether its full time use or for emergency stand-by.
Only thing I wish I had done differently was I wish I had gone with the 48 volt setup
Works well but takes a lot of research to figure out how to set it up. There''s a lot of conflicting ideas on internet and "experts " don''t seem to be available to help. Manual not a big help. Unit uses about 50 watts to run internal fans etc so it''s a significant draw on batteries overnight.

Due to demand I suppose, the inverter took nearly a month to ship. They said it was due to delays at the port getting the shipment unloaded. Despite this annoyance, Shop Solar Kits remained friendly and helpful.
