The cutting-edge eForce batteries have built-in temperature sensor-controlled heat in each battery module, designed for all weather. Each of these modular LFP Lithium batteries has an energy capacity of 9.6kWh. The eForce batteries are stackable, with up to three units per stack. Up to 16 eForce batteries can be used in a single system, providing a total energy storage capacity of up to 153kWh. When the batteries are stacked on top of each other, no battery cables are needed to interconnect and parallel the units within the stack, as the battery terminals simply click into place. This makes installation quicker, easier, and more cost-effective.

This home battery is modular with 4.8 kWh increments, providing a capacity range of 9.6-38.4 kWh per Stack. This also allows for easy servicing and future expansion. With continuous output at up to 15 kW, and a surge of up to 24 kW for 10 seconds, true full-home backup is here with a 30-60 minute installation.

When upgrading or expanding your battery capacity the manufacture recommends installing additional battery modules before 10 years from initial installation.Due to the nature of Homegrid''s BMS active module balancing, you do not need to bring the modules to the same voltage when adding to an existing bank the BMS will automatically balance the module.

Firmware on original modules will need to be updated to match the new modules. Each Homegrid BMS base can hold 8 modules(Stack), up to 15 stacks can by added to a system in parallel.

Homegrid offers heated batteries for installation where temperature concerns may arise. HomeGrid recommends not mixing heated modules with Non-heated modules. Please give us a call if you need help determining if you should purchase the heated modules.
