Comes as a kit. Assembly requires installation of 100 #3 Philips screws. Seems sturdy after Assembly. Overall size is 20" W 18" D (battery extended beyond the rack) 74.25" H (42.75" without casters). Accepts batteries upto 17.75" W 7 3/8" H. Has two mounting holes each side for battery mounting. Only one screw hole lined up one each side for the batteries I am using. I added ground lug at lower left for grounding the rack.
I've had the 48V Jakiper installed for 7 months now. It has steady load through the week and then additional on the weekends. The battery really struggles with cold weather. The menu is also a bit clunky. There are a lot of button presses to get to the battery percentage. I need to look into getting some sort of customizable display. I plan on buying a second one soon.
