The sonnenBatterie needs to be connected to the Internet for warranty purposes and to allow you to monitor your household energy usage. The battery can operate without an internet connection, however, it cannot receive automated software updates. This means that you won''t be able to use the monitoring and, therefore, it does not allow us to provide you with a warranty.
